Step 1. Discussion
Let’s kick things off. This is where we work together to outline the various challenges and opportunities that your project needs to address. We provide free consultations at full scope before you choose us as your supplier.
- First, we’ll meet with you to understand the business requirements, technical motivations, and financial budgets
- Our team will then perform a comprehensive technical audit to inventory your desired stack (or critique your existing structure), covering all components and external systems or backing services in-scope for migration

Step 2. Ideas & Concepts
Now that the Discovery phase is complete, it’s time to get everything in writing.
- One of our project engineers will create a plan and blueprint to carry out the install. Whether you hire our licensed PE or utilize us for consulting we offer necessary documents for permitting according to the scope of your needs
- Clients are then added to the project CRM for real-time collaboration with the team.

Step 3. Verify and Trial Options
We will gather feedback from your side during our field test of your project. An engineer will come to every site in person. If any changes are requested, the project engineer will work with the development team to ensure those changes are applied in a timely manner.
- If any unforeseen circumstances occur, we will re-evaluate, adjust, and pivot as needed
- In the spirit of transparency, material cost and breakdown is provided, so you’ll see exact expenses when working with direct from manufacturer material and be able to compare to other suppliers.

Step 4. Start Implementing the Project for Installment
The final part of the journey together gives you a chance to relax in knowing that you, and/or your client have a partner for as long as possible. We offer lifetime warranty and 25 year warranty on majority of our motorized and extruded products. Welcome to the ELITE BRAND FAMILY
