REFUND POLICY

RETURNS / REFUNDS

In the event you no longer wish to keep your purchased product, or the replacement product is not in stock and cannot be exchanged, the purchased product may only be returned within 30 days of the original purchase and MUST NOT be installed or tampered in any way. This is including removal of certain packing from the product of simply “pre-installing” parts. We thoroughly inspect each item that is returned and if we find any attempt for fraudulent tampering of products we will not deem that purchase refundable. Any shipping, handling, or additional costs associated with returning such products are nonrefundable or will be supplied by buyer.  All returns will be credited by ELITE WV Team, less any applicable fees, via the original form of payment within seven (3) business days of receipt.  Additional processing time (7-10 business days, excluding holidays) is normal for credit card companies to process a credit, and/or debit payments.

All our products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise noted.  After this initial 30-day period, any returns or exchanges are subject to the terms of your product’s ELITE WV – AAVAQ Warranty. Returned products must be in new condition, returned in their original packaging (including any packaging, manuals, or instructions) and, prior to refund, are subject to inspection by a member of our team. Returned products not received in the above-mentioned condition are subject to replacement/repackaging fees. Fees will not exceed 30% of retail value. Returned products that have been damaged, tampered with, or destroyed will not be subject to refund.

In the event you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  number, which must be clearly displayed on your returned product along with a copy of the original receipt. ELITE WV – AAVAQ is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit during return, and recommends obtaining insurance and tracking for any return.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We are a family business owned and operated with a passionate team of warehouse members and technicians. We typically dispatch all IN-STOCK orders within 24-48 hours. A tracking number will be provided and the customer may contact us with any questions regarding their order. If you choose to change your shipping address you have within 24 hours of placing an order and will be subject to verification with a member from our ELITE WV team. 

If an item is backordered there will be an estimated arrival date shown within product details prior to placing order. Rarely do we have to update a status after an order is place, but can occur on rare occasion. Should this be the case and you would like to cancel please reach out to our customer service and we will cancel the order. 

All custom orders will take 3-4 business days to dispatch. This estimated time varies as during peak seasons we have a lead time on products that will be reflected at time of checkout.

U.S. Flat Rate Shipping All Gate Opener Units is applicable to every order.

U.S. Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Virgin Islands. There will be additional fees that are calculated at checkout that will be base fee. We ship to these states USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping to Canada only at this time for international customers. All other international buyers will have to reach out to use directly. Products will be subject to duties and taxes including handling fees. Please be aware that there may be adjustments to your final purchase order after confirmation of order.

EXCHANGE / CUSTOM 

ELITE WV – AAVAQ recommends that each custom purchase or standard purchase be confirmed before an order is placed to avoid incorrectly ordering any items. ELITE WV – AAVAQ is not liable for any items ordered incorrectly by the customer. Any products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled by ELITE WV – AAVAQ will be immediately replaced, subject to investigation for free by contacting a member of our Customer Service Department.  For any defective or damaged products, or orders incorrectly fulfilled by our company, a shipping label will be provided for the returned product and a replacement will be immediately shipped following receipt and inspection of the returned product by our Customer Service Department.
